How Do I Apply?
ALL APPLICANTS PLEASE COMPLETE:

This form must be filled out even if you have attended sessions at our clinic before.
$50 NONREFUNDABLE PROCESSING FEE
After completing the registration form, check your email for a message from Social Thinking Stevens Creek inviting you to sign into your Client Portal
Please allow 2-3 business days for this email to arrive
You can submit payment for the processing fee through the Client Portal or you can call 408-244-2005 to pay by credit card
We cannot process your application without the processing fee. However, if you are unable to pay this amount you may qualify for financial assistance. Please contact Patty Garza pgarza@socialthinkingsc.com if you would like more information.

February 1st - Applications available
April 5th - Priority Scheduling Deadline
Week of May 6th - First round of placements are sent out
May 10th - Payment due in full
May 17th - Last day to complete your application for scheduling consideration (incomplete applications cannot be considered)
June 10th - Summer sessions start
August 1st - Summer sessions end
